Square Combination Counterflow Cooling Tower Series

The tower body is made of high-quality fiberglass reinforced plastic, with the surface gel coat using imported raw materials. The colorant contains light stabilizers, ensuring uniform and vibrant color, resistance to UV radiation, and maintaining anti-aging and non-fading properties. The transmission components employ cooling tower-specific motors and fans, featuring reasonable tower-machine matching, stable operation, low energy consumption, high air volume, and low noise. The water distribution device consists of a nylon water distributor, fiberglass reinforced plastic water distribution pipes, and a phosphor bronze inner core. It rotates automatically for water distribution through water backflow force. This water distribution device requires low water pressure, has minimal head loss, and ensures even water distribution. Steel components are treated with an advanced galvanizing process and coated with anti-corrosion paint, guaranteeing their service life. The cooling tower base can function as a water collection pan and is equipped with automatic water replenishment, manual water replenishment, overflow, and drainage devices. It can be used as a closed-cycle water reservoir without the need for an additional pool.
